Technically, "naïve" is more correct, because that is how it was originally written in French, from which we borrowed the word.
It's a pain in the ass, though, to stop and input an " ï " character every time we write the word. It either requires copy-pasting it from somewhere, or using an ALT-code, but I don't even know the ALT-code for that character. I don't think anybody does.
